Here in the heart of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, our well-appointed and quietly comfortable rooms make a great base from which to explore the surrounding countryside. From single to family occupation, every room is en-suite, dog friendly, with free WiFi, freeview TV and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The price per room includes a continental breakfast each morning for all the occupants. Cooked breakfasts are an optional extra – our breakfasts are served between 8am and 10am in dining area, with fresh eggs, bacon and sausages, from local suppliers including our own farm shop, available. Two of the rooms contain traditional wooden four-poster double beds, and nine rooms are dog-friendly, with space for up to two four-legged friends and a special dog hamper on arrival. The Kings Arms car park is free for guests to use – during busier times it may be full, in which case our staff will happily guide you to the nearest available parking spot.
The check-in time for our rooms is from 3pm, with check-out by 11.00am. Earlier check-in and later check-out times can be arranged on request, for a fee of £10.
