Local Fresh Seasonal Food
Welcome to the Kings Arms and we hope you enjoy dining with us.
We believe we are unique in the area, if not the region, because, wherever possible, we serve meat reared on our farms and fish caught from our own ‘day’ & ‘ocean going’ boats. The Fish, Free Range Eggs and the majority of our Meat is supplied by our very own Greendale Farm Shop, situated on the A3052 between Sidmouth and Exeter at Farringdon, which boasts the biggest Wet Fish Counter anywhere in the South West of England.
Of course you will also find many other locally produced items including pickles, preserves, biscuits and some wonderful Real Westcountry Cider. We endeavour to source all of our ingredients from Local Suppliers as well as Fish & Meat from our own Greendale Farm Shop
We also source Fruit & Vegetables from Dart Fresh Produce at Topsham and Cold Meats & Cheeses from MJ Baker in Newton Abbot. Our menus offer something for everyone with Traditional Pub favourites alongside dishes from our Daily Specials Board featuring Prime Meat and Fresh Fish and a Dessert Board that incorporates as many homemade seasonal desserts as we can.
We serve food lunchtimes and evenings 7 days a week and we are open all day everyday offering some of the finest pub food in East Devon.
